This week, the School Council had a special assembly with the whole of the school to share the work they have been doing around bullying. The team shared the child-friendly anti-bullying leaflet that they have written this term. They talked about why they have written it and the important things that they wanted to include before answering questions from the other children. Piper said, “It was important when designing the poster that children knew that there are different types of bullying and that bullying can be defined as “Several Times On Purpose”. Chase added, “We also interviewed Mrs Harper, the school’s ELSA, to understand how she might help someone when they are feeling upset in or out of school.”

Congratulations to the following children for winning an achievement award at Tuesday’s assembly.
